The flabby tummy fat looks so embarrassing that people start changing their dressing style. They start wearing clothes bigger than their size. They look bulky in the XXXL clothes. A fatty body can cause disaster to your looks and health.
Before starting my article I would like to give the plan of Diets that work.
As we all know that a fatty body is the protocol of all ailments that can endanger the life of a normal person. For example;
1. A fatty and overweight body can easily get affected by diabetes.
2. Heat attack.
3. Cholesterol
4. Cardiovascular diseases.
5. Kidney failure.
6. Respiratory problem.
7. Joint pains.
8. Thyroid problems.
9. Paralysis.
10. Arteriosclerosis.
11. Liver malfunction.
Here there are few basic diet plans that will surely work for a person above 85 kilograms, to loss at least 25 kilograms in a month.
• Avoid use of chocolates in the diet.
• But dark chocolates can be consumed once in fifteen days.
• In the evening use green tea instead of normal white tea.
• Avoid use of sugar in the food items, like tea, milk and juices.
• Use jiggery instead of sugar.
• In the evening have light snacks like roasted chips, roasted biscuits and roasted wafers.
• At night have two chapattis with one piece of chicken breast, and one bowl of pluses.
• Avoid use of potatoes in the food.
• Try to do exercises in the morning for 2 hours.
• Always start your day with morning walk.
• Drink a glass of lemon and honey drink in lukewarm water in the morning.
• Have banana in the breakfast with milk and two toasts.
• Do not forget to ad juice to your breakfast.
• In the afternoon, start your lunch with vegetable or chicken soup, then go for one bowl of brown rice, one green vegetable, have plenty of salads in the lunch.
After reading the above points you must have understood that obesity does not come alone. It comes with various other kinds of diseases. So eat healthy and live healthy.
