While the hotel is in a good location in terms of shopping and restaurants, it is also in dire need of improvement in quality. Located in the middle of town, it is conveniently across from two major shopping plazas. Uncle Billy's is somewhat outdated and is in need of refurbishment, as well as a good cleaning to dispose of the pests seen throughout the premises. It is not as up kept as other hotels in the area and, while not entirely uncomfortable, it is recommended only for those who just need a place to stay for the night.
